A Live2D companion who lives on your desktop: every session start, finish and permission request from Codex or Claude Code, she says out loud. Offline Matcha-TTS with mixed Chinese/English, lips locked to the audio, on a stage transparent enough to see your wallpaper through.
One command to install

The installer fetches the latest release, drops it into /Applications and merges hooks into both Codex and Claude Code. Codex gates third-party hooks behind a one-time trust prompt: run /hooks once inside Codex and trust the CodeWaifu entries. Claude Code needs nothing.
What she does
Live2D digital human
Lip sync driven frame-by-frame by the TTS audio level, 8 expressions and 32 named motions on tap; drag the stage, glass it, or make it fully transparent.
Offline Matcha-TTS
sherpa-onnx inference on device, mixed Chinese/English in one line, audio never leaves your machine; weights download once on first launch.
Hooks for both agents
SessionStart / Stop / PermissionRequest and friends from Codex and Claude Code flow into her voice and speech bubble, concurrent sessions kept apart.
Thread cockpit
A thread list plus an embedded chat: see what each agent is doing and steer a running session straight from the widget.
