The EC frameless DT (Dynamic Torque) family is an inner-rotor frameless torque motor kit (stator + rotor) with large hollow shaft, low-voltage DC and full potting: four frames DT38–DT85 (42–90 mm OD), 0.13–3.42 N·m continuous torque with heatsink, up to 9.63 N·m peak, 3,000–15,000 rpm max speed, cogging as low as 0.5 mNm, torque density up to 4.5 N·m/kg, -40 to +100 °C. Optional integrated TSX MAG incremental or TSX RIO 19-bit absolute encoder; pairs with maxon strain-wave/planetary gears and EPOS/ESCON controllers into High Precision/Efficiency Joints for humanoid and quadruped robots, cobots, surgical robots and exoskeletons, semiconductor handling, and aerospace actuators.
