About this project

The hidden cost of multi-color 3D printing has always been waste: every color change purges material, and a four-color model can burn through half a roll. WonderMaker ZR Ultra sidesteps the problem with four independent toolheads. A magnetic mechanism auto-swaps toolheads in 5 seconds with zero purge waste, 600mm/s speed and 20000mm/s² acceleration power through the 300x270x290mm build volume, and a 300°C hotend plus 100°C heated bed broaden material options. The CoreXY frame runs fully open-source Klipper with Orca and the house WonderPrint slicer, and the optional ZR Ultra-S enclosure adds a 60°C heated chamber and HEPA 13 air filtration. The campaign launched in April 2025, drew 1,114 backers, and raised about HK$6.62 million (about $854K), 1655% of its HK$400,000 goal.
