About this project

Continuous carbon fiber 3D printing used to be an expensive industrial exclusive, with machines costing tens of thousands. FibreSeeker 3 brings the technology to consumers for the first time: its proprietary Composite Fibre Coextrusion (CFC) embeds full-length continuous fiber strands precisely where strength is needed — not chopped filler, but layer-by-layer reinforcement. Prints reach up to 900MPa tensile strength at a fraction of aluminum's weight, letting jigs and brackets replace CNC-machined parts without mold fees or minimum orders. The dual-extruder system handles up to three materials per print across PLA, PETG, PA, PC, ABS, fiberglass and carbon fiber, at up to 500mm/s in a 300-class volume, with lattice infill balancing weight and impact absorption. Launched in November 2025, it drew 1,539 backers and about $4.7M — roughly 9,398% funded.
