About this project

Tools, parts and stationery pile up forever, and store-bought organizers never fit: wrong sizes, fixed layouts, and every new hobby means buying new boxes. 3D-printing makers wanted storage that changes on demand, yet few systems are designed around the printer itself. Modunizer ships the whole system as STL files: blocks, borders, walls and floors snap together with no glue, screws or tools, and can be rebuilt anytime. Borders come in four heights, dividers in 144 variants from 20 to 250mm, so you can grow from a desk tray to a full tool wall; the companion app plans layouts and estimates filament, and parts print support-free in PLA or PETG. The license is generous too: sell what you print, just keep the files to yourself. Launched in May 2026, the project drew 1,340 backers and raised CA$62,607 (~$45,000) against a CA$1,000 goal — about 6,261% funded.
