Azure Lithium (002245.SZ), formerly Jiangsu Aoyang Shunchang, was renamed in December 2020 and listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange in 2008. Its three businesses cover lithium batteries, LED chips and metal logistics distribution. In batteries, wholly-owned subsidiary Jiangsu Toppower has 18 years of cylindrical power battery R&D and manufacturing, ranks No.2 globally in high-rate cylindrical cell shipments, supplies power tools, smart home and smart mobility products, and is one of only two main suppliers to the global Top 4 tool brands. Its LED business spans the full chain from sapphire substrate processing, PSS and epitaxy to LED chips and CSP packaging, while its metal logistics serves over 1,000 well-known enterprises.
