Founded by Bill Huang, former CTO of UTStarcom and head of China Mobile Research Institute, CloudMinds is the world's first cloud-robot operator, pioneering the cloud-brain-plus-secure-network-plus-robot architecture. It developed the HARIX OS and Cloud Ginger/XR-1 humanoids, claims flexible-joint power density 30% above Boston Dynamics, and runs a 100,000-unit annual production line with Foxconn. A robotics unicorn, it was placed on the US Entity List in 2020.
