Founded by Shi Huashan in 2002, Hanyu Group is a Shenzhen ChiNext-listed company (300403.SZ) whose core business is appliance drain pumps (~87.56% of revenue). Through its ~42.7%-held subsidiary Tongchuan Technology (founded 2012) it produces harmonic reducers and robot joint modules spanning industrial, collaborative and humanoid robot joints, with 3-5-axis stamping robots already commercialized. In July 2025 Tongchuan closed a tens-of-millions RMB Series A led by Suodao Investment to expand harmonic-reducer capacity, fund R&D and grow customers including Zhongqing Robotics.
