HONOR

HONOR

The global smart-device giant spun off from Huawei in 2020, led by CEO Li Jian. HONOR became the first device maker to officially enter robots in a marathon, sweeping the top six at the April 2026 Beijing Yizhuang humanoid half marathon, where its "Lightning" robot won in 50:26, beating the human half-marathon world record. Its Yuanqizai humanoid (136.9cm, 30 DOF) focuses on interaction and multimodal perception at RMB 30,000-50,000, targeted at smart retail in HONOR stores. In April 2025 it set up five incubation labs spanning embodied intelligence, powertrain and bionic bodies with a US$10B five-year plan, and unveiled the Robot Phone, billed as the first embodied smartphone.
