JD.com's smart robotics division, established in March 2025 under the 3C & Home Appliances BU, positioned as the infrastructure provider for the robot industry. JD has strategically invested in Qianxen Intelligence, LimX Dynamics, Zhongqing Robot, and Agibot; at WAIC 2025 it launched the JoyInside embodied-AI brand and a smart-robotics industry acceleration program. It was the exclusive global strategic partner of WRC 2025 and continued at WRC 2026 with a RMB 10B robot strategy: investing 10 billion by 2028 to help 100 brands reach RMB 1B in annual sales, partnered with 200+ robot brands, co-launching standardized battery solutions with Sunwoda, covering 700M consumers and 8M enterprise clients, 80 robot bases, after-sales network in 100+ countries.
