CEO Wang Qibin brings ~20 years of consumer-electronics and robot commercialization experience; co-founder Chen Yuanpei is a Stanford visiting scholar with a PKU AI master's; chief scientist Yang Yaodong is an assistant professor at PKU's AI Institute. Builds end-to-end VLA embodied models (Psi R0/R1/R2), the Psi-SynEngine data engine, Psi Sim, Psi Data, SynGlove Air and the psi-SynRobot whole robot. In August 2026 it raised a new round of over US$100M from Tuopu Group, Ruicheng Fund, Lens Technology, 37 Interactive Entertainment, Wuhu Investment Holding and Fosun Capital, with returning investor Zhuhai Technology Industrial Group over-subscribing, bringing total funding to about RMB 2B.
