Incubated by Eclipse partner Charly Mwangi, it has opened a 54,000-sq-ft factory in Sunnyvale, CA, and begun producing robot parts for customers. CEO Adi Prasad says the goal is to make rebuilding American manufacturing a software problem rather than a labor problem. Every production run generates data that feeds back into improving MatterOS, its factory-automation and orchestration platform. Funding undisclosed.
