Founded in Jan 2025 in Shanghai by Professor Chen Tao (head of Fudan's deep-learning lab), Dr. Zhang Yimin (ex-Intel China chief scientist) and serial entrepreneur Mu Zelin. Proposed the industry's first World Motion Model and released MotionGPT, the world's first humanoid motion-generation-and-control embodied LLM series, the HL3DWM 3D world model, and a compression framework shrinking 100B-parameter models to 10B scale, cutting edge inference cost from RMB 200K to RMB 10K. Closed a ~RMB 100M Pre-A follow-on in July 2026; valuation grew over 10x in six months.
