Founded by CEO Yan Xunge (David Yan) and CTO Cui Haotian (Peter Cui) with a 38-person team, PNDbotics focuses on humanoid robotics. It has completed eight Pre-A rounds in total and a strategic round of several hundred million RMB led by CITIC Jinshi in 2026. Its core product is the Adam humanoid; the proceeds fund expansion of its Ningbo smart-manufacturing center, high-precision equipment and core R&D, targeting annual delivery of thousands of humanoids by 2027.
