Terms were not disclosed. RAI is based in Cambridge, Mass. and was founded by Marc Raibert, who also founded Boston Dynamics — a company SoftBank owned from 2017 to 2021. The deal, rumored for a couple of months, is now being reviewed by the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States.
