ROKAE

Founded by Tuo Hua (born 1983, Peking University master's in electronics and communications, 15+ years in robotics R&D), ROKAE runs R&D centers in Beijing, Tokyo, Shanghai and Shenzhen plus a Shandong factory with 50,000+ units annual capacity. Deep in 'robotics + AI' fusion, it fields a full matrix across industrial robots, flexible cobots and embodied-intelligence robots, and was the first to mass-produce cobots with full-joint force control. It raised RMB 195M in June 2025 (Jinsha River United Capital) at a RMB 5.295B post-money valuation and listed on the HKEX main board on July 9, 2026 (code 3752), raising HKD 875.2M.
