Originating from a Sino-Japanese joint venture founded in 1994, Sanhua Intelligent completed its shareholding reform in 2001, listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange in 2005 (002050.SZ) and on the HKEX main board on June 23, 2025 (2050.HK), raising ~HKD 9.3B in one of the largest HKEX IPOs of 2025. Its main businesses are refrigeration and air-conditioning components, automotive components (especially new-energy vehicle thermal management systems) and, more recently, bionic robot electromechanical actuators. Under its 'focus on leadership, surpass through innovation' strategy, it is a key supplier of refrigeration and air-conditioning control components — valves, heat exchangers, pumps, controllers and sensors — for home and commercial air conditioning, commercial and industrial refrigeration and small appliances worldwide.
