Founded in May 2014 with dual HQs in Shanghai and Shenyang; a subsidiary of Siasun Group, China's first listed robot company founded under academician Jiang Xinsong, with teams rooted in the CAS Shenyang Institute of Automation. Products span the Duoke GCR cobot series (3-30 kg), the bipedal humanoid Songxing and wheeled humanoid Songyi. Closed an A+ round of several hundred million RMB in July 2026 co-led by CDH Baifu and Hongtai Fund; nearly 20 years in cobots and a drafter of multiple industry standards.
