ThinkWheel

ThinkWheel (Fenghuolun Yingtu, Shanghai) Artificial Intelligence Technology Co., Ltd., founded in March 2025 and registered in Jiading, Shanghai, is led by founder and CEO Kong Weigang, who brings 15 years of listed-company and AI operating experience (ex-Alibaba billion-scale platform head, ex-DeepBlue Technology GM), and co-founder/CTO Luo Zhipeng, a Peking University software-engineering master's, former Microsoft algorithm engineer and former tech partner at an AI unicorn whose team has won 50+ titles at ACL, EMNLP, KDD, CVPR and NeurIPS; other core members include co-founder/COO Zhang Jun and co-founder Wang Junjie (ex-RT-Mart CTO), drawn from PKU, Tsinghua, Fudan, SJTU and Imperial College plus Microsoft, Alibaba and Tencent. Positioned as China's first company focused on a “proactive-interaction embodied brain,” it builds an in-house proactive-interaction brain on the PAMI (proactive adaptive multimodal interaction) architecture, closing the loop of continuous perception, scene understanding, demand prediction, proactive decision, embodied execution and feedback optimization to move robots from instruction-response/passive execution toward scene-response/proactive service, with edge-cloud collaboration adaptable to many bodies and scenarios. Its self-developed “Xiaojing” terminal accumulates scarce first-person, face-to-face embodied interaction data in real home settings; Xiaojing has completed hardware-software integration, secured upstream partners (Anhua, Ruixingwei, TI, Malata) and downstream channels (Sam's Club, Aiguole), and won 20,000+ unit orders. With a core team of about 32 (4 PhDs, 8 master's), it raised tens of millions RMB in July 2025 for “AI+education” embodied hardware, then closed a RMB 30M Seed+ round in August 2026 led by Gaoxin Capital with Huayuan Capital and the Shanghai Angel Club joining and returning investors Xinwei Group and DNA FUND over-subscribing; funds go to brain iteration, real-scene data infrastructure and scaled mass production of Xiaojing, bringing two-round total funding to about RMB 40M.
