Towards AGI

Founded by Hu Luhui, former Meta chief engineering lead and Huawei US R&D chief architect, with a core team from Microsoft, Amazon, Huawei, Meta, Tsinghua and CMU. Towards AGI builds large-model general AI robotics and physical world models, including its self-developed Chengling physical world model, billed as the world's first JEPA-based end-to-end physical world model for robots. Core products include the TR4 Pro wheeled humanoid and the TR5 Pro full-size biped (1.8m, 52 DOF, 8,000N single-leg thrust). It raised a tens-of-millions angel round in July 2024 and a Pre-A in March 2026 (Meihua Ventures, Xinneng Capital), with cumulative signed orders nearing RMB 1.5B.
