GENISOM AI (Zhishen Technology) was founded in 2024, with its registration and mass-production base at Rongxin Industrial Park in Wuzhong, Suzhou plus an office at C1 Building, No. 6 Nongkeyuan West Road, Haidian, Beijing. It has built a three-base, four-factory production layout and a manufacturing system spanning R&D, supply chain, core components, whole-machine production, quality management and delivery service. It took the pragmatic quadruped-first, humanoid-later route: after an early humanoid attempt it concentrated resources on industrial quadrupeds to enter high-frequency, must-have scenarios through a mature mobile platform - power inspection, petrochemicals, firefighting and emergency response, security patrol, and research and education - and has taken part in more than 100 power-inspection projects. As of June 2026 it had mass-produced over 15,000 industrial embodied robots cumulatively, with monthly capacity past 5,000 units (more than 10x the previous year's monthly average), while annual capacity of its fully self-developed CHAMP high-power-density integrated joint modules exceeds 1M units and is open to ecosystem partners. It holds 130+ patents and works with 500+ ecosystem partners. Products include the small industrial quadruped Genisom L2 (16kg walking payload, 150kg max static load, 40-degree slopes, 70cm vertical obstacle clearance, a 756Wh pack for ~5.5 hours or 20km, up to 86 TOPS of platform compute, and the new RoamerX navigation system with automatic mapping plus LiDAR/GNSS positioning); the explosion-proof quadruped SP1 for high-risk petrochemical sites (Ex d IIC T6 Gb rating, 50kg continuous payload, 35-degree slopes, IP66, carrying visual, infrared, gas and voiceprint sensors for autonomous inspection and data relay); and Genisom M1 (a ~30kg machine with ~30kg continuous payload for a near 1:1 payload-to-weight ratio, 25cm continuous steps, 45-degree extreme slopes, dual hot-swappable batteries and IP67), which posted multiple results in the quadruped autonomous-navigation events at the 2026 Beijing Yizhuang Robot Warrior Challenge. The CHAMP module family covers the P55 lightweight agile joint, the P65 compact high-output joint, the P65MAX-S high-torque-density joint, the P85MAX-S heavy-duty core and the W150-S/W190-S in-wheel motors; the NE01 humanoid delivers 180 N·m peak torque per joint. On software, GSD (Genisom Self-Driving) turns the legacy "map-waypoint-fixed-route" rule stack into data-driven end-to-end navigation under a split where the brain handles navigation and decision-making and the cerebellum handles motion control and dynamics, supported by the MATRiX 2.0 simulation platform (MuJoCo physics plus Unreal Engine 5 rendering, 500Hz simulation, modeling RGB, infrared, depth, fisheye, panoramic cameras, LiDAR, IMU, GPS and odometry, with 3DGS scene import, distributed multi-robot simulation and reinforcement learning) to close a simulate-train, deploy, recycle-data, iterate-model loop; its technology spans four tracks - motion, spatial, interaction and swarm intelligence. On September 20, 2026 it announced a Series B strategic round of tens of millions of USD (several hundred million RMB) led by Stone Venture of the UAE, joined by Hongshan Capital, Guangdong Science and Technology Finance, Wuzhong Rongyue and Wuzhong Financial Holdings, plus industrial investors Neusoft Group, Highpower Technology, Yuanjian Capital and Riying Electronics; the company says it values the "capital plus industry" combination, since Gulf demand in oil and gas, energy, security and emergency response overlaps closely with scenarios it has already validated and opens overseas channels. Proceeds go to body quality, reliability and cost competitiveness, further GSD iteration, and autonomous task execution in real industry scenarios. It will next launch the Genisom AI Gravity program, opening a thousand real robots and over RMB 100M in combined resources to developers, universities and industrial partners in its first phase. Ecosystem-wise it builds national industry channels with Neusoft Group, expands markets with Huawei Cloud, Agibot, Lenovo, Inspur Cloud and Ziguang Zhixing, and collaborates on technology and product innovation with D-Robotics, ByteDance, Tencent Cloud and Highpower Technology; co-founder and head of product and R&D Liu Yulong sits on MIIT's technical committee for humanoid robotics and embodied-intelligence standardization.
