Give it a target protein and pick a binder modality (miniprotein, cyclic peptide, VHH, scaffolded) and it returns candidate sequences, optimising through AlphaFold 2 with ProteinMPNN redesign and ranking them by structural filters. Released ahead of the paper, free for academic and industry use, runnable on a single GPU.
