EcoTracker: your personal food and water safety tracker

Is there pesticide residue on those vegetables? Is the tap water really clean? Everyone wonders, but lab tests are slow and pricey, home strips are vague, and most people just eat and hope. EcoTracker pockets food and water safety testing: the food probe checks nitrates, phosphates, chlorides and other common contaminants with pre-calibrated profiles for 60+ everyday fruits, vegetables, fish and meats; the water probe reports TDS and pH. Both sensors are replaceable, four kit configurations cover different needs, and a cross-disciplinary team of engineers, biologists and chemists built it from scratch. Launched in January 2025, the project drew 1,173 backers and raised $144,807 against a $5,000 goal — about 2,896% funded.
