AutoPro X: Transform your Navigation screen into a Laptop

The big car navigation screen is mostly decoration when parked: waiting, charging or lunching, you want to do real work on it — documents, apps, content — but car OSes are locked down and phone mirroring only shows a tiny window. Mayton Motion's AutoPro X claims the first laptop-style software for car navigation systems: it brings Samsung DeX desktop mode from your phone onto the car screen, turning parked time into a workspace. ChatGPT and Bixby voice AI are supported, official compatibility lists cover devices and vehicles, and the $125 early bird against a $199 retail price sold its first tier out fast. Launched in March 2024, the project drew 1,208 backers and raised $181,619 against a $5,000 goal — about 3,632% funded.
