écoute TH2 | The next generation of wearable hi-fi

About this project

Audiophile portable rigs keep growing: beyond headphones come DAC dongles, amps, and tube preamps for that warm harmonic glow — a desktop chain that never travels. écoute TH2 folds the whole hi-fi system into one headset: a Korg Nutube 6P1 dual triode performs genuine voltage gain — real tubes, not emulation — while a dual-mono architecture gives each channel a fully discrete analog front end with no crosstalk. A hybrid suspension headband adapts to any head shape. Wear it and the tube front end travels with you, redefining wearable hi-fi. Launched in February 2026, the project drew 1,203 backers and raised $890,704 against a $10,000 goal — about 8,907% funded.

Highlights

✓Real tubes: Nutube 6P1 triodes do true voltage gain, no emulation
✓Dual-mono: independent left/right front ends, zero crosstalk
✓Headphones as system: preamp and amp built in, no dongle amp
✓Suspension headband spreads weight for long sessions
