AGIBOT Genie G2 Max Heavy-Payload Industrial Robot

Overview
AGIBOT Genie G2 Max is an industrial-safety-grade, heavy-payload wheeled dual-arm robot for depalletizing, palletizing, material transfer and line feeding. Each arm carries 20 kg; the pair carries 40 kg with a 50 kg peak. Each arm reaches 900 mm, with 1.2 m horizontal coverage and a 0.1–2.5 m working-height range. Its 7-DOF force-controlled arms provide sub-millimeter operation and ≤ ±0.5 mm repeatability, while a high-torque pitching waist enables forward lean, lift, low picking and high placement. The omnidirectional chassis supports forward and reverse travel, crab motion at arbitrary angles and in-place rotation, at up to 1.5 m/s empty and 1 m/s loaded. Dual 2D/3D LiDAR and chassis safety bumpers provide 360° sensing with obstacle-stop behavior. Dual hot-swappable batteries, the Genie Studio 2.0 platform and automatic recharging support 24/7 line operation. The robot is being validated at the Kunshan Huguang factory, a major logistics warehouse and a food plant. Logistics testing reports over 99% success, 80 bins/hour for depalletizing and 75 bins/hour for palletizing; the food deployment reports a 35 s/bin cycle and at least 99.9% overall success.
