Nucleus II drops legs for a wheeled base: 10 kg per arm, 6x the battery

Loading videoNucleus Robotics has deployed Nucleus II, the platform it plans to use across its next customer rollouts: up to 10 kg payload per arm, six times the battery capacity of Nucleus I, and a wheeled base instead of legs. The specs answer what industrial customers have been asking for, five to nine hours of uptime and significantly higher payloads, with safety another reason for moving away from legs. The more interesting part is how the robot is developed: Nucleus spends a lot of time inside customer factories, feeds problems and requirements back to its hardware partner, and changes the platform based on what actually breaks during deployment, because something that works perfectly in a lab can fail within hours on a factory floor.
