Tolomatic (USA) BCS is a rodless screw electric actuator in three body sizes BCS10/15/20: max load 272 kg (600 lbf), strokes to 3.4 m (120 in) and speeds to 1.5 m/s (60 in/s) with Acme or ball screw drive options and an auxiliary carrier for higher load and moment capacity; the sealed design does not collect particulate like exposed ball bearing systems, fitting transfer, stacking and pick-and-place over long travel.
COMPONENT
Tolomatic (USA) B3S is a ball-screw-driven rodless electric actuator family in three sizes B3S10/15/20: max force 1.8-12.0 kN (410-2,700 lbf), max load 268-911 kg, speed to 1,524 mm/s (60 in/s) and strokes to 3,454 mm (136 in); the rodless design is compact with long travel and high stiffness for transfer, pick-and-place, clamping and long-stroke linear axes in automation and humanoid lines.
