XLASERLAB X1/X1Pro: The Most Versatile Laser Welding Machine

Traditional welding relies on electric arcs and high temperatures — bulky gear, flying sparks, warped thin sheets, and a steep learning curve. XLASERLAB rewrites all of that with desktop-grade micro laser welding. The X1 and X1 Pro are multifunctional laser systems: welding, cutting, cleaning, and rust removal in one machine. A high-energy-density laser beam delivers precise, clean welds — even 0.2mm ultra-thin sheet metal without deformation or burn-through, up to 3mm thick — across stainless steel, carbon steel, aluminum and more, while pulse spot welding drastically reduces spark splashing. Two standout tricks: laser cleaning strips rust with a focused beam for surface prep without chemicals or abrasives, and underwater welding lets the head work safely submerged, free of the electrical hazards of conventional welders. The X1 Pro adds weld-seam support for even more materials. Professionals and hobbyists alike need only safety goggles to get started. Launched in February 2025, it drew 1,706 backers and about HK$40.7M (roughly $5.23M), around 5,224% funded.
