Prolo Ring: Full Desktop Control Without a Mouse

Presentations, multi-device switching, light work from the couch: in all these moments you keep reaching for a mouse or keyboard, while existing wearable controllers are either single-purpose or demand driver installs. Prolo Ring is a controller worn at the base of your index finger. Its Modtouch™ two-zone surface combines a trackpad and a Modstrip at 1792×1024 capacitive resolution, paired with a 6-axis motion sensor, supporting 40+ gestures that cover cursor control, clicking and scrolling, media playback, slide navigation and custom macros. It speaks standard Bluetooth HID, pairing instantly with no drivers across computers, phones and tablets on every OS. The ambidextrous design mirrors coordinates automatically and even supports wearing two rings at once. The free Prolo Studio app configures macros, the charging case carries its own battery for up to 30 days of extra runtime, and the team even offers 3D-printable ring sizers. Launched in October 2025, the campaign drew 3,011 backers and $512,257, about 5,123% funded.
