About this project

In live streaming and event filming, camera operators are the costliest labor. OBSBOT Tail Air is an AI-powered 4K PTZ camera that automatically detects human, animal or object targets and pans/zooms to follow them — holding lock even at speed, through occlusion, at long range or in low light. One unit replaces one dedicated operator. It supports NDI, so multiple units over a LAN form a full multicam production system for worship services, podcasts and events, with Wi-Fi connectivity in a compact body. Launched in September 2023, the campaign drew 1,087 backers and raised ~HK$7.89M (~$1.01M), 2008% of goal.
