BLUETTI FridgePower: Power Out. Fridge On.

About this project

The costliest part of an outage is often not the darkness but the food thawing in your fridge. Traditional fixes mean a bulky whole-home generator or manually hauling out a portable power station — nobody wants that at 3 a.m. BLUETTI FridgePower is an automatic backup built specifically for refrigerators. Its ultra-slim body waits quietly beside the fridge and takes over the instant the grid fails — no rewiring, no fuel, no manual setup, so food stays cold even while you sleep or are away. The base 2,016Wh/1,800W unit keeps a fridge running 1-2 days; expandable to 6,048Wh it survives 4-5 day outages. Silent Mode stays under 30dB, standby draw is just 4W, and app control with time-of-use scheduling lets it double as everyday storage. It's designed for apartments and compact homes with no room for bulky backup systems. Launched in April 2026, it drew 1,873 backers and raised $2,260,034 — about 4,520% funded.
