SPESYN Tool 3: Drill-Press Precision in a Handheld Drill

The fundamental problem with handheld drills is accuracy: entries wander, depths are guessed, tapping is pure feel, and getting drill-press precision means hauling out bulky machinery. SPESYN Tool 3 packs benchtop accuracy into a handheld tool. A mechanical 90-degree front guide module with dual rails keeps entries perfectly vertical even on smooth glass or tile, a ±0.1mm depth readout stops blind holes exactly on target, and a dedicated tapping mode plus an e-Clutch sample motor current 25,000 times per second to adapt torque in real time, all executed by a brushless motor driven by a 200MHz MCU. USB-C 65W fast charging and a swappable battery round it out, and detaching the guide turns it into a compact cordless drill. The campaign launched in March 2026, drew 1,119 backers, and raised HK$2,172,731 (about $277K), 5571% of its HK$39,000 goal.
