DALY M-Series Hardware Battery Protection Board (3-24S, 150A/200A)
The DALY M-Series is a hardware-only battery management system (protection board) for 3-24S lithium packs, offered in 150 A and 200 A continuous-discharge ratings and compatible with both NCM and LiFePO4 cells. Its thick-copper PCB plus packaged-MOS power stage, thermally conductive ABS potting and aluminum heatsink shells keep temperature rise low inside a compact 164 x 66 x 21 mm envelope, while the potted construction adds moisture, vibration and oxidation resistance for harsh duty cycles. Eight protection functions cover over-charge, over-discharge, over-current, short-circuit, over-temperature, ESD, water ingress and mechanical shock; an NTC sensor is standard and UART plus CAN/RS485 links are provided, with a Bluetooth module bundled. It fits prismatic, cylindrical and pouch packs used in aerial work platforms, marine energy storage, ATVs, cleaning machines, RVs, sightseeing cars, low-speed four-wheel EVs, golf carts and electric forklifts.
