The XDA315 is MEMSLink's industrial-grade 3-axis (X/Y/Z) MEMS accelerometer with user-configurable ±2g/±8g ranges, 1000 Hz 3dB bandwidth and 10 ug Allan bias stability, 20-bit two's-complement output over SPI at only 0.6 mA typical current; 3.0-3.6 V supply, -40°C to +85°C operation in a 6x6x2.25 mm LCC package with 5,000 g powered shock survival for tilt measurement, deformation and vibration monitoring and aided navigation.
